It is important for us to share our philosophy, and for this reason we have opened up the estate to guests for individual and personalized experiences.
Wine Tour and Tasting
The visit starts with an introduction to biodynamic and biological cultivation, including all of its applied benefits. Then we will visit the Winery, the Vinsantaia and the Barricaia (Cellar). We will take a walk around Villa La Selva to admire the incredible panoramic view and the scenic gardens out over San Miniato. At the end, a guided tasting of our wines and oils:
- Tasting of three wines with a tasting of local salami and cheeses.
35€ per person, experience lasts about an hour and a half. - Light Lunch with a tasting of local salami and cheeses, a homemade pasta course, and homemade dessert, paired to four wines
45€ per person, experience lasts about an two hours and a half.
Truffle Hunt
The lands of San Miniato are rich with truffles, and during the entire year the truffle hunters organize truffle hunts with their dogs. An unforgettable experience: a walk through the woods followed by a look inside the winery, where we will taste biological and biodynamic wines perfectly paired to typical Tuscan dishes with truffle.

Cooking class
An experience for all those who love the kitchen and are interested in learning. You’ll learn recipes that are easily repeatable at home. At the end you will have lunch, eating what you prepared together, paired with our biodynamic wines. Experience costs €90 per person.
